Shipping Policy

At Project Tete-a-Tete, we aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Our standard delivery timeframe ranges from 3 to 15 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after you receive your order confirmation email.

For domestic orders, we collaborate with various vendors through Shiprocket or individual vendors like Blue Dart, ensuring reliable delivery. International orders are entrusted to esteemed carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and Aramex. 

Currently, we offer complimentary shipping within India for a limited period, while international shipping charges start at INR 2600, calculated based on package weight.

Please note that in the event of unforeseen shipping delays due to factors like weather or state guidelines, we recommend contacting the respective courier partner for assistance, as Project Tete-a-Tete will not be held responsible for these delays. Additionally, if delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect customer-provided information or unavailability, the product will be returned to us, and any subsequent shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.
