  • All products listed on ptat.in are quality controlled and checked before shipping.
  • In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service ( customercare@ptat.in) within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • All custom made orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless you receive a defective or damaged item. 
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at [customer service email or phone number] with your order number and details. We will guide you through the process and provide further instructions.
  • For any return, refund or exchange (refer to individual brand policy) we will initiate credit points that you can redeem for your next purchase in store or online. 
  • For any return, refund or exchange (refer to individual brand policy) please make sure the product is unused, unwashed and the tags are intact.
  • Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return / exchange.
  • In case of any return, the shipping charges for sending the product to us will be borne by you.
  • Please refer to the return and exchange policy of each brand before finalizing your purchase.

We do not offer returns as every piece is made to order. Products can be exchanged for sizing issues.  To be eligible for exchange please make sure the products are in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed with tags intact.

We are a made to order brand and thus do not offer returns or exchanges.

ANTITHESIS INDIA

One full fitting/alteration is provided at Antithesis for any of our products adhering to our Made-to-measure policy. Any changes after alterations are chargeable.

Your Antithesis outfit can be shipped back to us for alterations. The cost of shipping in case of changes and alterations would be borne by the client. The alteration is provided free of cost by Antithesis.

AROKA

Our return policy applies only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Exchange is applicable to orders in standard measurements only.  All return requests are to be made within 7 Days of receiving the order. 

Size exchanges and alteration services will be provided only on the same styles within 7 Days of receiving the order. All returns will be credited in your account in the form of credit note, once we receive the product back. 

ART-CHIVES

We do not accept returns on accessories.

ARVINO

We do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. If your order is received in a damaged condition, please contact us at customercare@ptat.in within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the damaged item and packaging. Our team will assess the issue and offer a replacement or repair as needed.

BHAVYA RAMESH

We accept returns only if the product has been damaged in transit or you have received the wrong order. The product should be unworn and in its original packaging for it to eligible for a return.

BOLTMINOR

We do not accept returns or provide refunds on any kind of art sale.

BTR SOCIETY 

You may return your BTR piece for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Kindly note we only accept returns of unworn garments with tags still attached.

CUPID COTTON

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from our end. It must also be in the original packaging with tag and must be returned within 10 days.

CURATED CURIOSITIES

We do not offer any returns / exchange unless you receive a product in damaged condition, we will dispatch a replacement for the same item.

DEME BY GABRIELLA

As each outfit is made-to-order, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.  If you have any questions regarding sizing or fit before placing your order, we encourage you to reach out to us for guidance

DOODLAGE

Customized products, Gift Cards, items on Sale or purchased with a Discount Code are considered final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange. 

DRUGSTORE COWBOY

There will be no return of any purchased items unless case of damage from our end. You can request for an exchange within seven days from delivery of purchased items. Exchange will apply for sizes, a different product or the same product depending on its availability at the time of request (The brand creates pieces in limited quantity, after which no items are restocked/remade. Hence a customer may or may not be able to exchange in this case). Incase of exchange in a different product, customer must opt for the original order value or a higher amount. 

Return and exchange requests will be nullified incase of usage. Product is expected in original condition along with tags, labels and packaging.

DUCHESS KUMARI

We have a no refund policy. Orders once shipped can not be returned or exchanged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We do not offer any exchanges due to nature of the packaging of the each product class.

We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Exchanges can be done in the following case

  • Design or the color of the product is not accurate to what appeared on the screen. 
  • Item is defective and damaged.
  • Item was tampered with or damaged in transit.
  • Wrong item sent to you
  • Package got lost in transit

As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the ETERNO pieces are sold they can be exchanged (if you’ve received a dented product/ manufacturing defect) for replacement or a credit note. If your piece is damaged or incorrect, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receipt of the item. to customercare@ptat.in

We adhere to a strict no-refund policy. Please note that items that were purchased on sale, store credits, customized or specially made-to-order cannot be returned or refunded.

FABIO BIANCO

We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

GUSH BEAUTY

We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

HANNAN

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. In special circumstances, please email us at customercare@ptat.in. Once our team reviews the request, we will get in touch with you to sort any concerns you might have.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective/damaged. In such cases, our policy of free shipping will apply for the replacement. Send us an email atcustomercare@ptat.in within 48 hours of receiving your product(s) and our team will review your request and get back to you. 

HARKOI STUDIO

We follow a NO RETURNS POLICY on all our products as each piece is made to order, unless there is a defect on the item.

Returns will not be accepted on customized orders.

HYDE

Notify us on customercare@ptat.in if you receive a damaged/tampered product within 24 hours along with photographs.  

For Returns & Exchange, ship the product back within 5 days of receiving the product to the provided address. All Hyde wear must be in its original condition, with original boxes and pouches. Refunds come as store credit. You can exchange your pair for another pair of the same value. No exchanges or store credit after the 5-day period.

JENA

All sales are final. 

In case the product is delivered in a damaged condition, please email us at customercare@ptat.in  within 3 days of receipt. 

Please mention ‘RETURNS’ in the subject and mention your last name, first name, order number, contact details and photos of the damaged item.

We will provide an exchange/ refund upon return and verification of the product.

Please note, the following products shall not be returned/ exchanged:

–     Products made to order or customized as per your size.

–     Products personalized as per your requirement.

–     Products bought under sale/discount/seasonal offer/ special promotion.

–     Products for which such a condition is mentioned in the product information.

Customers may exchange the products delivered within 7 days after delivery without giving any reason, as long as: – The products are not used in any way – The products are in their original packaging – The product is complete. Please note, we don’t support freight cost for return. The authorization to approve a refund would be at the discretion of Kassa.

We do not offer returns or refunds.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases. 

MAGO

We do not have a return policy, but we have a 7 days exchange policy. Returns are only accepted if the product received is faulty or not as described. Items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

MANACA

If a damaged/wrong product is delivered

  • We offer free exchanges in case of damaged or incorrect products.
  • Please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The replacement product will be shipped after we receive the returned product.

NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND ONCE THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED.

As perfumes are cosmetic and hygiene products, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges. In the rare case that the bottle is damaged, we can initiate an exchange upon careful consideration, but there will no refund. Please contact us with your name, order number, description of the issue, and picture of the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery. 

In case you've received the wrong item, the box should be returned to us unopened. Meyander will evaluate the condition prior to sending another. There will be no refund.

We don't accept returns or provide refunds.

Refunds will be given only if the product is faulty or damaged.

 We do not accept returns.  We can exchange the products under the following circumstances: 

  • In case you’ve ordered the wrong size, we can exchange in your size 
  • In case you’ve ordered the wrong colour, we can exchange in your preferred colour.

Returns/Replacements are acceptable under these specifications:

  • The item delivered to you was incorrect
  • The item was delivered damaged
  • The item has manufacturing defect 

No returns or replacements will be entertained after the order has been processed EXCEPT of said given conditions.

The return option is only available in the following scenarios:

• Product/(s) have been spoilt/damaged in transit; or

• A wrong product has been delivered.

PARI PARI

We do not entertain refund and cancellation requests. Once purchased we can only exchange, no refund scheme is offered.

Your PariPari pair can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of the similar value.

To be eligible to exchange, the footwear purchased must be completely unworn, scratch free unused and include all tags, parts, packaging and accessories. To avoid damages, we recommend trying on your footwear in clean, carpeted areas.

RADHIKA AGRAWAL

As all our products are manufactured on a ‘made-to-order’ basis, we do not accept returns unless the customer has received a damaged piece. To be eligible for a repair or exchange, you must send us proof of damage within 24 hours of receiving the product. Upon evaluation, the product’s eligibility for repair or exchange will be decided. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We currently do not accept returns however we can process exchanges. Exchanges are possible for sizing only, within the first 7 days of receiving your products.  For exchanges contact us at customercare@ptat.in . To be eligible for exchange please make sure the products are unworn, unwashed and handed the tags intact.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

  • Products can be returned within 2 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Certain items, such as sale items and customized products, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We have NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE policy. It is advised to check for your size requirements before you make a purchase order.

SANCHI ARORA

Each piece is handcrafted with care and precision, made-to-order especially for you. Due to the bespoke nature of our garments, we do not offer returns or refunds. Each item is considered a final sale.

SAPHED

We accept return requests within the first 30 days of purchase.

We can exchange your products within the first 30 days from purchase.

SAZO

We make small handcrafted batches and thus cannot process returns and exchanges.

 

SLAET 

We currently do not accept returns. However, we do facilitate 'return for alteration' for ONLY 'made to measure' items, standard sizes cannot be altered.

We have a 30-day return for alteration policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for alteration.

To be eligible for a 'return for alteration', your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

SOUP BY SOUGAT PAUL

We do not provide refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged with a replacement or a credit note if it meets the prescribed and applicable terms and conditions. The credit note must be redeemed within 3 months. The original shipping charges and duties will not be refunded.

We do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged.

TIZZI

Swimwear is an ‘intimate wear’ category due to which any returns/exchanges/refunds are not possible.  Swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged, please make sure you’re making the right purchase decision.

No return/refund requests will be accepted for customized order pieces.
